Managed NDIS administrative outsourcing from Pakistan and the Philippines
Offshore NDIS admin support so your clinicians can bill, not file.
At NDIS therapy rates, a single clinician spending eight hours a week on admin represents roughly AUD $40,000 to $60,000 in unbillable time per year. [ESTIMATE: based on NDIS Support Catalogue rates for Allied Health, 2024 to 2025] The NDIS adds an additional compliance layer most sectors do not face. Human Nexus places dedicated offshore admin staff who handle that work so your clinical team can focus on participants.

The clear split
What stays onshore.
Clinical notes requiring a registered practitioner to sign off or countersign
PRODA claim lodgement. Offshore staff complete the preparation, the registered provider lodges.
Participant interactions requiring professional judgement, therapeutic relationship, or registered status
Final authorisation of progress notes, assessments, and clinical reports
Decision-making on participant risk, clinical escalation, or safeguarding concerns
Compliance
Compliance framework.
NDIS Worker Screening
Offshore admin, data entry, transcription, and CRM management roles do NOT require NDIS Worker Screening clearance. Worker Screening applies to workers with direct contact with participants. These roles have none. You do not need to arrange Worker Screening for any Human Nexus offshore admin staff member.
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) APP 8. Data sovereignty
Participant data is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Sending it offshore triggers APP 8 obligations. Human Nexus executes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before any participant data is handled. Offshore staff access YOUR systems (Splose, SharePoint, etc.) using credentials you create and control. Participant data does not move to Human Nexus infrastructure. When the engagement ends, you revoke access and the data relationship ends.
