AI for NDIS and aged care providers
AI-powered NDIS rostering and compliance software, built in Australia
Most providers do not have an AI problem. They have an adoption problem. You have licences and a pilot, and almost nothing in production that changes a roster or a progress note. We build, deploy, and run the systems that take the rostering, compliance, and billing load off your team. Your data stays in Australia. We are a registered member of the Claude Partner Network with deep SCHADS, NDIS, and aged care experience.
Your problem is adoption, not AI
The technology already works. Getting it into the run of your service is where it stalls. We start at the other end. We find where cost and risk actually sit, build the system that fixes it, and stay until your team uses it every day. No deck in a drawer. No tool you have to wire together yourself.
Where AI earns its place in NDIS and aged care
Rostering and pay under SCHADS is where the money leaks. We automate award interpretation, shift matching, and timesheet checks so the right worker is booked at the right rate. Progress notes and care documentation get drafted from your existing records and checked against your standards, with a person signing off. Claims and billing reconcile against service delivery, so funding is not left on the table. After-hours enquiries, plan balances, and intake get handled by a voice agent that knows your business. Every use case is grounded in care operations, not a generic template.
Proof, not promises
We cut a community care provider's scheduling cost by $430k per fortnight. At engagement in December 2025 they were rostering 12.8 percent more care hours than the NDIS funded, 38,863 rostered hours against 34,448 funded, about 4,415 unfunded hours in a single month, at a peak loaded cost of $55.57 per paid hour.
After remediation that began in late January 2026, the gap closed and held.
- Funding utilisation fell from 112.8 percent to 100.2 percent, removing 98 percent of the over-servicing.
- Over-funded hours fell from 4,414.6 to 84.0 per month, down 98.1 percent.
- Loaded unit cost fell from $55.57 to $50.70 per paid hour, down 8.8 percent, and held below $51.
- Overtime stayed at 1 to 2 percent of wages throughout, so the saving came from right-sizing the roster to the funded envelope, not from cutting penalty hours.

Compliance is the reason to act now
The Aged Care Act 2024 came into force on 1 November 2025. The bar for evidence, reporting, and quality is higher and the audits are real. NDIS Practice Standards and the Code of Conduct apply the same pressure on the disability side. We build AI that produces an audit trail by default, flags gaps before an assessor does, and keeps a human in control of every decision that affects a participant or resident. Compliance is how we design the system, not a feature we bolt on.
Your data stays in Australia
Care data is sensitive and the Privacy Act 1988 applies, including the limits on sending personal information offshore under Australian Privacy Principle 8. We build on Australian-hosted infrastructure so participant and resident data does not leave the country. You get the controls, the logs, and the residency answers your board and your auditors will ask for. We put that in writing before you sign anything.
We own the delivery end to end
We do not hand your project to a third party and hope. Our own teams in Sydney and offshore in Pakistan and the Philippines build, test, and run the work. One accountable team from first call to live system. We bring Power Platform, robotic process automation, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and custom AI agents to the table, and we pick the tool that fits your problem, not the one that fits our licence. As a registered member of the Claude Partner Network, we also deploy Claude for business across Australian teams.
How we work with you
We start with a short consult to find where the cost and risk sit. We scope one or two use cases with a clear measure of success. We build a working version fast and put it in front of your team. Then we deploy, measure, and expand from what works. You see something real early, not a six-month wait for a report.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI allowed in NDIS progress notes?
Yes, when a worker reviews and signs off the note and the participant is informed. We design the workflow so AI drafts and a person stays accountable.
How does AI help us comply with the Aged Care Act 2024?
It builds the evidence and audit trail as the work happens, so reporting is a by-product, not a scramble.
Does our data need to stay in Australia?
For care data the safe answer is yes. We host in Australia so offshore-disclosure questions under Australian Privacy Principle 8 do not become your problem.
How much can we save?
It depends on your roster and your funding mix. With one provider we removed 98 percent of the over-servicing and held utilisation at 100.2 percent. We will estimate against your numbers before you commit, and we will not quote a figure we cannot stand behind.
What does an AI voice agent cost?
It depends on call volume and integrations. We price it against the cost of the hours it replaces.
