You can verify Salesforce certifications directly on Trailhead using the team member's name and Trailblazer profile. Our Zoho team members hold Zoho CRM and Zoho One certifications. HubSpot team members hold HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub certifications from HubSpot Academy. We verify credentials before shortlisting and provide you with verification details at offer stage.

Can your team manage integrations between our CRM and our other software?

Yes. Integration work is a core part of what our CRM developers do. We have built REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and Xero, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Shopify. On Zoho, we have built Deluge-based integrations with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Stripe, and WooCommerce. On HubSpot, we have built workflow-driven integrations with Xero, Stripe, and Google Workspace. Can you migrate our CRM data from one platform to another?

Yes. Migration work is common. We have migrated Salesforce to Zoho, HubSpot to Salesforce, legacy spreadsheets to HubSpot, and custom CRM data to Salesforce. Every migration follows a structured approach: data mapping, deduplication, staging environment testing, parallel run, and production cutover with rollback procedures. Data quality work, specifically deduplication and field normalisation, usually takes more time than the migration itself. We scope this honestly in the discovery call.

Who manages my offshore CRM team day to day?

You direct the work. Your offshore CRM team member reports to your CRM manager or operations lead, attends your team standups, works in your project management tools, and follows your development and release processes. Can your team work in our Salesforce sandbox before touching production?

Yes. All development and configuration work is done in sandbox environments and promoted to production through your release process. If you do not have a release process, we can help you establish a basic one before your team member starts. We do not make direct production changes without your approval.

What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum engagement is 20 hours per week with an initial three-month term. After three months, engagements move to rolling 30-day notice. Project-based arrangements are available at a 15 percent premium, with a minimum of 20 hours per project block. We do not offer hourly CRM support tickets.

Can you work across multiple CRM platforms if we use more than one?

Yes. We have clients who use Salesforce as their sales CRM and Zoho Books for accounting, or HubSpot as their marketing CRM with Salesforce as their enterprise platform. We scope the role to match the platform split. If one platform dominates the work, the team member's experience will reflect that. If both platforms require similar effort, we source someone with genuine dual-platform background, which exists in the market.

What if we need a CRM built from scratch rather than managed?

Build-from-scratch projects are common with HubSpot and Zoho, where there is no legacy configuration to manage. For Salesforce, most engagements involve working with an existing org rather than a new one. We scope build projects as fixed-scope blocks delivered by a dedicated developer or architect. Tell us in the discovery call whether you are building new or managing existing and we will match the seniority accordingly.
